We are currently seeking an individual to lead, manage and develop the teams within our Cheshire-based motor claims contact centre. Key to this role is an in depth knowledge of motor claims. Key responsibilities will include:Ensuring that the inbound and outbound calls are dealt with effectively.Managing the performance of the team against performance standards.Working collaboratively with the Team Managers to continuously improve the standard of service.Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues that arise.Ensuring that training and development needs are identified and met.Ensuring that HR and business policies and procedures are adhered to.Contribute towards identifying areas for improvement and implement.Contributing to increasing the monthly revenue targets.Sharing knowledge and experience to help develop the competence of others. Focusing on morale, through positively supporting all key operational initiatives. Working under pressure to achieve the company deadlines.Carrying out ad-hoc project work. About you:Candidates must have previous experience in a team leader/supervisory capacity and a proven track record of working to SLAs and achieving objectives. You must have in-depth motor claims experience. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who will maintain a visible presence within the office and have a positive, supportive and approachable management style. Previous experience of working in a contact centre environment and strong IT skills are essential.
