How Crash Jobs Works.
We have invested in the development of a customised software solution that automatically manages client and job seekers requests, matching the ideal candidate to their ideal job. The system performs a wide variety of functions which can be broken down into the following categories:
Job Seekers (Candidate Services)
Staff Sourcing (Client Services)
Subscriber Services
Job Seekers (Candidate Services) - Candidates can view the latest 6 jobs from our web site Home Page. More jobs are available and can be accessed by a basic keyword & location search, or by an advanced search facility which matches the candidates skills to available jobs. Once the ideal job has been located, a job application can be submitted via a simple email or over the telephone.
Candidates also have the ability to securely register their details and CV with CrashJobs for free and without obligation.
Candidate information is then processed and added to the job matching system which is only accessible by the CrashJobs administration team, or businesses subscribing to the Client Subscriber System.
Once you have submitted your details to CrashJobs you will be allocated a user name and password giving you access to our Candidate Subscriber System. This system will match your skills and desired work location to jobs on our system. By logging into the site daily, you will be able to see the latest matches, and contact us about any that take your fancy.
Staff Sourcing (Client Services) - Businesses needing new staff can simply register their vacancy to our system. This new vacancy is processed and added to the job matching system. the CrashJobs administration will then match the required skills to candidates registered with the system with those skills.
Businesses registering their vacancies with CrashJobs pay * DETAILS REQUIRED *
Subscriber Services - For a nominal fee, businesses requiring frequent recruiting services can subscribe to our system. The subscription gives clients the ability to add an unlimited number of new jobs, edit and delete their jobs posts on the CrashJobs web site and search our candidate database, matching candidate details to a user definable skillset.
